Freelance Project Manager at day time and salsa teacher at night time!
I got introduced to salsa and started learning salsa dancing
while living and working in London in January 2000.
I have also attended salsa classes in Belfast.
My dancing partner Deirdre is a Fashion Consultant specialising in
high designer labels on Belfast's cosmopolitan Lisburn Road
and is spreading the salsa message in the area!
We became salsa partners in January 2004.
Our slogan week in and week out while we teach our salsa classes
is the Salsa Triangle of Dance, Socialise and have Fun!
Salsa offers plenty of these elements without which
we wouldn't have got hooked on salsa dancing.
Keep attending the classes and party nights and keep practicing.
It may take time to learn the dance
look at it as a marathon rather than a sprint.
