Dance, Exercise and have Fun!

Salsacise is a workout class with a difference and the aim is to exercise rather than learn to dance salsa.

The salsa rhythm and spirit is a good way to exercise and using a fun blend of sexy salsa dance moves and aerobics we could help you burn calories, keep fit and tone your body. As long as you keep moving this is an enjoyable work-out.

Suitable for all ages and levels of ability and you don't even need a partner. No fitness jargon, no references to dieting and slimming, no lecturing, just pure fun and feel good moves.

No dancing experience or partners are required as the class will be lined up in a group. All you need is to move your body to the rhythm of salsa music, exercise and have fun!

Also, no special footwear or clothes are required and you should wear what you feel is most comfortable.

We have put together a 30min session through which we'll exercise to different latin music. Our new slogan while we teach salsacise classes is the Salsacise Triangle of Dance, Exercise and have Fun!
